1. Annual Subscriptions
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If this is your first purchase of an annual Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing year, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access until the period ends.
- Renewal charges: if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of an annual renewal and we will refund the renewal in full, provided Pro features saw no material use in the new period.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid month. Started months are not refunded.
- Exception: if a technical fault on our side made the Service substantially unusable during the month, contact us and we will refund or credit that month.
3. Credit Packs
- Credit packs are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used.
- Partially used packs are not refundable, except where required by law or in case of billing errors.
4. Free Trial
The 7-day Pro trial requires no payment method and never converts to a charge automatically — so there is nothing to refund. When the trial ends your account simply moves to the free tier; your data is kept (read-only where it exceeds free-tier limits).
5. Billing Errors and Duplicates
Duplicate charges and amounts that don't match the displayed price are always refunded in full — just let us know.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and the order number from your receipt (issued by our payment partner).
- We confirm within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our Merchant of Record; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
